To see the city community benefiting from adequate, convenient and reliable road network and transportation

services to economic, social and administrative centers and service institutions in 2018 E.C.

Vision

By studying, building and constructing and maintaining and managing various levels of roads to bring integrated development to the city community,

expanding and strengthening transport service providers, ensuring the competence of drivers and vehicles and raising public awareness of road use

and traffic safety. To realize the benefits and safety of transportation and to participate in the preparation, implementation and outcome of the sector's

plans by organizing and mobilizing the entire population.
